WHAT HAPPENS IF I MAKE MY MEASUREMENTS WRONG?

Making errors in measurements is extremely rare thanks to our powerful algorithm. However, if an error occurs that is beyond our tailors' control, the garment may not fit perfectly. Fortunately, our "Perfect Fit Guarantee" is there for you. For minor errors on clothing, we cover the cost of in-workshop alterations. In the event of a major error, we redo the garment with the corrected measurements. For shoes, a new pair will be made in another size.

In the event of inaccuracy in the fit, we advise you to consult a local tailor for possible adjustments. If this is not possible, we will undertake to remake your garment. For shoes, if the fit is not optimal, a new pair will be made to your measurements.

THE PRODUCT DOES NOT SUIT ME

We sincerely regret that the product did not meet your expectations. Custom tailoring is dedicated to fit, hence our Perfect Fit Guarantee. Two solutions are available to you: Cover the cost of alterations at a local tailor/shoemaker (up to 25% of the price of the product). Redo the product if alteration is not possible. We highly recommend it. option A, guaranteeing optimal satisfaction. It allows a precise adjustment with the possibility for the tailor/shoemaker to view the product and make suitable alterations. Plus, it's the fastest option.
